About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and streamline our finance and accounting operations. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, Chartered Accountants, and auditors to support business finance, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance.



This role is ideal for someone with strong financial and analytical skills who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working across finance and HR operations in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including vendor payments, contractor payments, invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow monitoring, and payment planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Support end-to-end Indian payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll-related requirements, including PF, PT, ESI, gratuity, salary revisions, and appraisal-related changes.
