Role Description
The Children's Book Writer will create engaging, age-appropriate stories and educational content that support ToppersNotes’ mission of accessible learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising manuscripts, developing storylines aligned with educational themes, collaborating with editors and designers, and adapting content to different reading levels.



The writer will work closely with subject matter experts and educators to ensure accuracy and relevance, and participate in feedback sessions to refine content based on student and teacher input. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular coordination with the product and content teams.

Qualifications
• Strong Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and age-appropriate narratives for children.
• Background or interest in Literature and Publications, including familiarity with children’s books or educational materials.
• Experience with Editing, including revising drafts for clarity, coherence, grammar, and consistency.
• Ability to contribute to Training-oriented content, collaborating with educators to create instructional stories and learning aids.
• Excellent command of written English and strong storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of child psychology, learning styles, or K–12 education is an advant
