Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead with an Architecture (B.Arch) background and 8-20 years of experience to join our growing team. This position is focused on managing BIM processes, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale architectural projects.



The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM standards, model coordination, clash detection, and digital delivery workflows, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to project teams. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative, internationally recognized projects within a collaborative and technology-driven workplace.

Role Description:

• Drive the implementation of modeling workflows and model development for their respective discipline (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Ensure adherence to BEP, modeling standards, and agreed LOD per design phase.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution based on design coordination within the federated model environment.
• Monitor and review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines to resolve issues and validate interface areas.
