• Educational Background: University degree in IT or equivalent. Practical experience with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Quality Mindset: "Automation first" attitude with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and focus on quality assurance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Automation Expertise: At least 1 year of experience with test automation tools such as Selenium/Playwright and Rest API Automation,



along with knowledge of programming/scripting languages (particularly C# or any other object-oriented programming language).
• DevOps Knowledge: Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Bamboo, GitLab CI), version control systems (GitLab), and deployment tools like Octopus.
• Agile Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in agile testing methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Testing Proficiency: Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, including solid understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, test data generation, management, and reporting, with experience in translating business requirements into testable functional specifications.
• Testing Background: Practical experience with user acceptance testing, exploratory testing, end to end testing and test management tools like Jira or X-ray.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating an Agile/Lean mindset and adaptability across different Software Delivery Lifecyc
