About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership individual to work directly with the Founders. This is a high-context, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will work across functions, help drive critical initiatives, and ensure the business moves fast without losing clarity.

What You'll Do
• Work directly with the Founders on strategic and operational priorities
• Own and drive cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution
• Identify whitespace opportunities across business verticals and build frameworks to act on them
• Synthesize data, market signals, and internal inputs into transparent recommendations
• Prepare materials for key meetings, investor conversations, and business reviews
• Act as a force multiplier — context-carry across teams, remove blockers, and close open loops
• Support hiring, vendor negotiations, partnerships,



and new initiatives as needed

Who You Are
• 4–8 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or investment environment
• MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred
• Strong first-principles thinker who can move between strategy and ground-level execution
• High ownership — you treat problems as yours until they are solved
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you create structure, not wait for it
• Excellent communication — written and verbal
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or consumer businesses is a strong plus
