Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize Servicemax solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Flow, and declarative tools.
• Configure core Servicemax modules: Work Orders, Service Contracts and Entitlements, Installed Products/Assets, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and Returns/RMA.
• Configure and enhance Servicemax Field Service tools, including Dispatch Console, Scheduling/Optimization, and the technician mobile app (Service Max Go / Field Service Mobile).
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, IoT platforms (e.g.,



ThingWorx), and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and middleware (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi).
• Write SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes with a focus on performance and governor limits.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, and document solutions.
• Write unit tests, support UAT, and manage deployments through sandboxes using CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, SFDX).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Follow Salesforce and Servicemax security, data, and coding best practices.
