Role Summary:MICS International is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Global Licensing Operations Team in Jaipur. In this role, you will gain exposure to UAE company incorporations and common law jurisdictions while managing end-to-end operational and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Global Licensing Operations Team with day-to-day operational execution.
• Assist in end-to-end processes for UAE company incorporations and international business setup.
• Maintain strict compliance standards and accurate documentation across all workflows.
• Coordinate effectively between internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operations or process coordination.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and execution skills.
• Close attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced global business environment.
