Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Zenviq is a full time, on-site role based in Hanumangarh. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer data, and tracking interactions to support sales and service teams. The specialist will coordinate with internal stakeholders to design and implement customer engagement workflows, monitor account health, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Daily activities include analyzing customer trends, preparing reports and dashboards, resolving CRM-related issues,
