Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of corporate and private events, including concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination,



and timeline management. Responsibilities include managing client communication, translating event objectives into detailed plans, and ensuring all logistics—such as venue setup, technical equipment, décor, and staffing—are in place. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to leverage in-house equipment, coordinating warehouse and operations schedules, and supervising on-site setups and breakdowns. The Event Manager will monitor event quality, troubleshoot issues in real time, and provide post-event analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement.
