Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, set and track sales targets,



and drive revenue growth across Square Yards’ product and service portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring pipeline metrics, and ensuring strong conversion rates from leads to closed transactions. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders, including developers and financial institutions, while collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support end-to-end consumer journeys. The Sales Manager will also coach team members, conduct performance reviews, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
