Vaidyanath Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts & Billing Executive with a background in Fire Fighting, Fire Protection, or MEPF projects.

Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial documentation.
• Prepare client invoices, RA bills, running bills, and subcontractor bills for MEPF projects.
• Verify purchase bills, work orders, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with project teams for billing data, work completion reports, and measurements.
• Track payments, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
• Maintain GST invoices, TDS records, and other statutory documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain records using Excel and accounting software.





Requirements
• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts and billing, preferably in MEPF, Fire Fighting, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, RA billing, and project billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime or ERP software.
• Positive coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
