Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations within the assigned region, including developing and implementing regional sales strategies across Spekctrum’s portfolio of financial and lifestyle services. Daily activities include identifying and onboarding channel partners, nurturing key accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align regional initiatives with overall business objectives, conducting market analysis, and providing feedback on customer needs and competitive trends. The Regional Sales Manager will also coach and develop the regional sales team, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent the brand at events, meetings, and partner forums.
Qualifications

• Solid regional sales management experience, including territory planning, target setting, and team leaders
