About The Role

We are looking for a hardworking, technically competent and results-oriented Sales Engineer to manage and develop the Pune region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, understanding technical requirements, promoting the company’s products and solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular customer visits and close coordination with customers, consultants, EPC/PMC companies, contractors and internal technical and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities across the Pune region and surrounding industrial areas.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities through market mapping, networking, references and regular customer visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, EPC/PMC companies, contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions based on application needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations,



product demonstrations and solution discussions to customers and prospective customers.
• Generate enquiries, prepare offers/quotations and follow up systematically to convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate with internal technical, quotation, procurement and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits, project follow-ups and prospect reviews to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Track project specifications, competitor activities, pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers during technical evaluation, product selection, approvals and order finalisation.
• Support payment follow-ups and coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
