We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with 8+ years of recruitment experience in hiring for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Information Technology (IT) functions. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, developing talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and delivering high-quality talent across technical and leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have solid sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of hiring niche and hard-to-fill talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for MEP and IT positions across multiple business units and geographies.
• Source candidates through ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements and organizational needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.




• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and market availability.
• Drive recruitment strategies for niche, critical, and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Maintain sourcing trackers, recruitment dashboards, and ATS records with high accuracy.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote Egis as an employer of choice.
• Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and salary benchmarking exercises.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, and quality standards.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and hiring quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters and sourcing specialists where required.
