About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an SEO or digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of the Australian market.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building relationships with Australian clients, understanding their digital marketing requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the Australian market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.




• Understand client business objectives and identify suitable SEO, PPC, website, social media, and digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.
• Work closely with SEO, marketing, fulfilment, and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Australian digital marketing landscape and competitive environment.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the Australian SME and digital marketing space.
