Compensation: ₹4–6 lakh fixed CTC + performance-linked incentives.
Position Purpose
To generate and convert B2B opportunities for management system implementation, integrated management systems, safety and EHS consulting, energy management and business improvement services.
Services to Promote
• Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Management system implementation, internal audits and continual improvement.
• EHS audits, construction safety and industrial safety solutions.
• Fire safety assessments and Fire NOC readiness support.
• Energy management and ISO 50001 implementation.
• Food safety management systems, where relevant to target industries.
• Applied 5S and operational improvement services.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop target accounts in pharma, manufacturing, engineering, construction, infrastructure and other industrial sectors.




• Identify companies with new compliance requirements, weak management systems, audit findings, customer requirements or safety risks.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks.
• Conduct initial discovery discussions and arrange meetings with technical consultants.
• Explain Smartedge’s implementation-led approach and business advantages.
• Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, negotiations and order closure.
• Develop referral opportunities with certification bodies, industrial associations and existing customers.
• Maintain the sales funnel, activity records and opportunity forecasts.
• Coordinate project handover to the delivery team after order confirmation.

Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate in business, engineering, science or a related discipline.
