Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Akola.



The individual will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the assigned territory, including planning and executing strategies to acquire new customers in the EWS/LIG segments and meeting loan disbursement and portfolio quality targets. Daily activities include managing and mentoring the local sales team, monitoring field operations, guiding staff on lead generation, customer profiling, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves close coordination with credit, operations, and collections teams to enable smooth loan processing and post-disbursement support, as well as relationship-building with local builders, community stakeholders, and government partners.
