Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial customers to understand their chip, scrap, and coolant management needs, prepare technical proposals, and recommend suitable conveyor and filtration solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining product features and benefits, coordinating with engineering and production teams to develop customized solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through order closure.





Qualifications
• Solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and translate them into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead management, negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical presentations, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in industrial equipment, material handling, or manufacturing solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site at customer locations, conduct surveys, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
