Mandatory Hands-on Skills· WBM installation and configuration
· WBM extraction, normalization, pre-validation and loading
· Pentaho or Talend experience
· Windchill database schema knowledge
· Linux commands and shell scripting
· 4–5+ years of Windchill-to-Windchill and non-Windchill-to-Windchill migrations
· Experience handling non-legacy systems
· Windchill out-of-the-box Load from File framework
· Java utilities for extraction and loading
Preferred Skills· WBM FF framework for CAD migration
· Windchill cloud environments and AWS
Professional Skills· Self-motivated with solid written and verbal communication
· Leadership and interpersonal skills
