Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Panipat. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team. The role involves monitoring customer experience, handling guest feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention. The Restaurant Manager will manage inventory and ordering, maintain hygiene and safety standards,



and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also includes training and mentoring staff, supporting hiring decisions, and working with leadership to meet revenue and cost-control targets.
