Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, updating CRM or internal systems, and coordinating order processing and documentation.



The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, assist with after-sales support, and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves generating reports, tracking sales performance data, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and supporting internal and external communication related to sales activities. The position requires close collaboration with sales representatives and management to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
