About the Role -

At Simply Nam, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to bring our brand's voice to life, every single day. This role owns the day-to-day heartbeat of our digital platforms — planning and creating content, covering events as they happen, and keeping our community engaged and talking. You'll bring sharp platform instincts, strategic thinking, and creative energy to the table — pitching ideas, shaping formats, and turning campaigns into scroll-worthy reality — helping grow a brand presence that feels as real as it is beautiful.

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
• Own and plan the social media content calendar; develop and implement social media & content strategies across digital channels, primarily Instagram and YouTube, with support on Pinterest/Snapchat/LinkedIn as needed, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and goals.
• Create innovative and high-quality content for these platforms,



and collaborate with Namrata's social team to capitalize on and build borrowed brand equity — bringing her personal page's reach and credibility into Simply Nam's own content and community.
• Create content/copy for all social media handles, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Work with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand assets (videos, images, ads) tailored for different social media and paid platforms — and where it helps move fast, a willingness to shoot quick, low-effort content (BTS, hacks, application demos) on iPhone.
• Manage timelines and coordination for campaign deliverables, including asset creation, adaptation, and rollout.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs — objective, format, references, deliverables — that the content team can execute with ease.
