Job Description:

As a Team Lead - Pre Sales at BEACON India, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by leading a team of pre-sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to the sales team in developing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and facilitate the overall sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members to enhance their skills and improve performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales executives to understand customer requirements and customize solutions.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the pre-sales strategy.




- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in negotiations as needed.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering their professional development.
- Continuously refine pre-sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency.
