About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, execution-focused person to help develop high-performing ad creatives for Meta and other digital platforms.
You’ll work with the marketing team to turn ideas, existing videos, influencer content and product footage into statics, B-roll ads, reels and multiple creative variations.

What You’ll Do
Ideate and create static ad concepts
Create short B-roll/performance ad videos
Repurpose influencer, doctor & existing video content into new ads
Identify strong hooks/moments from existing footage and create multiple variations




Experiment with hooks, headlines, visuals, formats and CTAs
Create/edit reels and short-form video ads
Work with the Creative/Marketing Manager to execute the monthly creative pipeline
Analyse which creatives are performing and use those learnings for new iterations

Who We’re Looking For
1 - 3 years experience; strong freshers can apply
Good sense of design, storytelling and advertising
Comfortable with Canva + video editing tools
Understands Instagram/Reels/Meta ad formats
Fast executor who can produce multiple creative variations
Creative thinker - not just a designer/editor who waits for instructions
D2C performance marketing exposure is a plus

Most Important
We want someone who can look at one existing video and think of 5 different ways to turn it into an ad.
Creativity + Speed + Execution > Fancy design skills.
