We operate a growing portfolio of brands across fitness, health, wellness and biohacking. This includes one of the most recognised names in global fitness, a premium gym franchise expanding across India and new health and performance ventures.

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can help these brands gain attention, build traction and grow across social media.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to follow templates. We want a creative person with strong visual judgement who understands how modern social content works. You should know how to turn raw footage and ideas into sharp, engaging content that earns attention and strengthens the brand.

Video editing is a major part of this role, not an occasional requirement. You must understand pacing, hooks, retention, captions, sound and how to create short form content that people continue watching.

You will work across multiple brands with different audiences and identities. The work will move quickly, be published regularly and reach serious audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

VIDEO EDITING





• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
• Turn raw footage into complete, platform ready content
• Improve pacing, openings, structure and visual flow to strengthen viewer retention
• Add accurate captions, text overlays, music, sound effects, motion graphics and visual emphasis
• Identify weak or unnecessary sections and make confident editorial decisions
• Create different versions, formats and cut downs where required
• Maintain organised project files, footage libraries and final assets

DESIGN

• Design social posts, carousels, campaign creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails and event materials
• Apply each brand’s established identity consistently while keeping the work fresh
• Demonstrate robust judgement in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and imagery
