Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Inside Sales team as Business Development Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop professional communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales skills while working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities




Connect with prospective learners through leads available in the CRM and understand their career goals and upskilling requirements.
Recommend suitable certification programs based on customer needs and career aspirations.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the enrolment process.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while contributing to team goals.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer referrals.
Follow up with leads, maintain accurate customer records, and track interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
Manage the sales process from the initial enquiry through enrolment and provide the necessary pre-sales and post-sales support.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and customer requirements.
