Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Executive to support lead generation campaigns for our clients availing LinkedIn Services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and compiling relevant prospects based on each client's target audience, industry, geography, and business requirements. The role involves building targeted prospect databases, researching decision-makers, maintaining accurate lead information, and supporting client-specific outreach and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand each client's business, target audience, ideal customer profile (ICP), and lead generation requirements.
• Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, online directories, and other relevant platforms.
• Build targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, job title, location, seniority, and other client-specific criteria.




• Identify relevant decision-makers, founders, CXOs, business owners, and professionals according to campaign requirements.
• Collect and verify prospect information, including names, designations, company details, LinkedIn profile URLs, business email addresses, and other relevant data, where available.
• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of prospect databases before sharing them with the internal team or clients.
• Execute client-specific lead research and prospecting tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain and update lead databases, trackers, and CRM records.
• Remove duplicate, irrelevant, and outdated entries to maintain database quality.
• Coordinate with the LinkedIn Services and content teams to understand campaign requirements and delivery expectations.
• Track lead generation output, report progress, and incorporate feedback to improve the quality of future lead lists.
