Wellnito is a SaaS platform built for salons, spas, and wellness businesses, helping them manage their daily operations, customer relationships, marketing, appointments, staff, and WhatsApp communication from one platform.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and help us acquire new salon and wellness business customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calling, WhatsApp, online leads, and other channels.

• Connect with salon, spa, and wellness business owners and understand their requirements.

• Give product demonstrations and explain Wellnito's features and benefits.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.

• Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups,



and sales activities in the CRM.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries during the sales process and coordinate with the internal team when required.

• Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with calling and speaking with business owners.

• Positive Hindi and English communication skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
