Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled API Technical Support Executive to join our team.
The role involves supporting clients and developers using our REST and WebSocket APIs, troubleshooting API and connectivity issues, analyzing logs and API responses, assisting with integrations, and working closely with internal Development, Data and Infrastructure teams.
The ideal candidate should have good programming and troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and an interest in API technologies and real-time financial market data.

Key Responsibilities
1. API Technical Support
• Provide timely technical support to clients and developers using GFDL APIs.
• Troubleshoot REST API and WebSocket API issues.
• Analyze API requests, responses, error messages and logs.
• Investigate authentication, connectivity, subscription, data and response-related issues.
• Reproduce reported issues and identify possible root causes.




• Provide transparent technical updates and resolution details to clients.
• Follow up on open issues until successful resolution and client confirmation.

2. API Integration Support
• Assist clients with integrating GFDL APIs into their applications.
• Understand client-side API implementation and identify integration issues.
• Provide code snippets and technical examples where required.
• Support API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger or similar tools.
• Validate API responses and integration behaviour.
• Prepare and maintain API integration guides and documentation.

3. API & Data Validation
• Validate API responses against expected results.
• Investigate discrepancies in market data and API responses.
• Perform functional and regression testing of API features.
• Verify request parameters, response structures and data values.
• Assist in identifying data-flow or processing-related issues.
