Role Description The Buyer role at Techsist Solution Private Limited is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services, identifying reliable suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms to support internal operations and client projects. Typical activities include creating and managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed contractual conditions. The role also involves analyzing demand and inventory levels, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and contributing to cost optimization and process improvements. The Buyer is expected to build solid vendor relationships, resolve supply or quality issues promptly, and support reporting on procurement performance and cost savings.
