Navodaya Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand its sales operations across Uttar Pradesh.

The company manufactures and markets a range of building finishing and construction products, including cement lime wash, wall care putty, waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, tile cleaners, grout, sanitary cleaners, surface cleaners, and related products.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the paint industry, particularly in dealer and distributor management, channel sales, territory expansion, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team across Uttar Pradesh.
- Build and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer, and sub-dealer networks.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories.
- Identify new markets, appoint channel partners, and expand product distribution.
- Develop relationships with paint dealers, hardware stores, building material dealers, contractors, and applicators.




- Monitor sales performance, market share, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Establish sales targets, territory plans, and performance KPIs.
- Manage sales budgets, trade schemes, and channel profitability.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the field sales team.
- Ensure timely reporting, collection follow-ups, and achievement of business objectives.

Candidate Profile
- 6-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paints industry.
- Experience as Sales Head, Regional Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager, or State Sales Manager.
- Robust understanding of the Uttar Pradesh market and its distribution network.
- Proven experience in appointing distributors and developing dealer networks.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Experience managing field sales teams
