Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admissions lifecycle, including initial inquiry, program exploration,



eligibility assessment, and application completion. The counselor conducts structured counseling sessions (phone, in-person, and digital channels), explains program features and outcomes, and helps students compare universities and courses using LearningShala’s data-driven tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospective students, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with mentors and internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience. The counselor also contributes to refining counseling processes, provides feedback on student needs and market trends, and supports initiatives to improve conversion and student satisfaction.
