Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides customer service, administrative, and operational support based on the requirements of the assigned client account or project. The responsibilities may vary depending on the nature of the process and may include customer query resolution, sales support, order processing, data management, vendor coordination, email support, call handling, and other back-office activities.
The CSR works as an extension of the client’s team and is expected to deliver accurate, timely, and qualified support while following client-specific procedures, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and operational support through email, telephone, chat, or other communication channels, depending on the assigned process.
• Respond professionally to customer, client, vendor, or internal stakeholder enquiries.
• Understand queries or service requests and provide appropriate information, assistance, or resolution.
• Support sales representatives or client teams with administrative and operational activities.
• Create, update, and maintain quotations, estimates, presentations, reports, orders, and other business documents as required.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer, order, transaction, and service-related information in the client’s systems.
• Process orders, requests, cases, tickets, or other assigned transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, vendors, or other stakeholders to obtain required information and provide updates.
• Monitor the progress of assigned requests, orders, or cases and complete timely follow-ups.
