Role Description The HR Intern role at Tutedude is a full-time, remote position supporting the Human Resources function in a fast-paced edtech environment.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes, updating HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional tasks may involve collecting and organizing data for HR reports, assisting with policy communication, and responding to routine employee queries under guidance from senior HR team members. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, policy implementation, and people management within a agile, mission-driven company.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to assist in communicating and maintaining related documentation.
