Role Objective
To drive admissions growth for MBU across the assigned region by developing a strong school, junior college and coaching-centre network, leading the district outreach teams, and ensuring achievement of defined student lead, application and admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Market Planning & Coverage
• Prepare a regional outreach plan covering priority cities, districts, schools, junior colleges and coaching centres.
• Identify high-potential markets based on student strength, academic streams, competitive presence and admission potential.
• Allocate district-wise targets and resources based on market chance.

Team Leadership & Target Achievement
• Lead and guide District Outreach Managers and field teams to achieve assigned admission targets.
• Set measurable targets for institutional visits, student interactions, qualified leads, counselling sessions, applications and admissions.
• Monitor team productivity and take corrective action wherever performance falls short.

Institutional Partnerships & Stakeholder Management




• Build strong relationships with school and college Principals, management teams, faculty, career counsellors and coaching institutes.
• Develop long-term institutional engagement opportunities through career guidance programmes, seminars, university presentations and student visits to MBU.
• Identify influential local education stakeholders who can strengthen MBU’s visibility and preference.

Student & Parent Engagement
• Ensure regular career counselling sessions, admission awareness programmes and parent interactions across priority markets.
• Communicate MBU’s academic programmes, career opportunities, campus facilities, placements and student development initiatives effectively.
• Strengthen MBU’s brand preference among students and parents.

Lead Management & Admission Conversion
• Ensure all field-generated leads are entered into CRM accurately and promptly.
