About the Role
We are seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to expand market presence across Kerala. You will meet pulmonologists, ICU teams, and hospital purchase departments to demonstrate product benefits, build key relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Outreach & Lead Generation: Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and clinics to meet Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, and ICU staff performing BAL procedures.
Demos & Conversions: Perform product demonstrations, coordinate hospital trials, handle quotations, and convert leads into active accounts.
Account Management & Retention: Maintain ongoing relationships with hospital administration, purchase teams, and doctors for repeat orders and inventory management.
Reporting & Tracking:



Maintain daily/weekly logs of doctor visits, pipeline status, competitor updates, and sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Nursing, BBA, B.Com, or related fields).
Experience: 1–3 years in medical device, pharma, diagnostic, or hospital sales (driven freshers welcome).
Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and proficient in English (Hindi is a plus).
Logistics: Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred; readiness for extensive travel across Kerala.
