Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer located in Chennai. The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting process engineering activities, and providing mechanical engineering support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, implementing process improvements,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure productive and effective production processes.
Qualifications

• Expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Experience in Process Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronatical Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools like solidworks, Autocad, PLM, 3D solidworks experience.
• PPAP documentation, PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, etc,.
• Fixtures design, tools design
