Role Description

The Account Manager – Enterprise Sales role at TrueFan AI is a full-time,



on-site position based in Gurugram.

This role focuses on owning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that customers realize measurable value from TrueFan AI’s video solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term growth.
• Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospect identification to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and track account health, usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
