About the roleSAN is looking for an organised, people-focused Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager to manage brand campaigns from planning through reporting, while building strong, ongoing relationships with creators. This role combines campaign execution with creator representation and day-to-day personal management.




Key responsibilitiesInfluencer marketing and campaign execution• Identify suitable influencers and talent for brand campaigns based on the brief, audience, content style and budget.
• Develop creator recommendations and campaign plans, including deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Reach out to creators, check availability and negotiate commercials and deliverables.
• Coordinate campaign execution from brief and contracting through content approvals, posting and final reporting.
• Liaise with brands, creators and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and resolve issues promptly.
• Track deliverables, timelines and campaign performance; prepare clear post-campaign reports with key metrics and observations.
• Maintain updated creator profiles, rates, availability and campaign records.
