Job Description
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify claim status and eligibility.
• Follow up on outstanding and unpaid claims; document denials and take necessary action.
• Work on AR reports and maintain accurate daily logs.
• Handle voice-based processes, including Insurance Follow-Up, Patient Calling and Provider Outreach.
• Meet productivity, accuracy and client SLA targets.
• Collaborate with team members and follow company policies, client guidelines and information security standards.
• Escalate issues to seniors promptly.
