Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Junagadh. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, helping them navigate insurance products and services with clarity and confidence. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, supporting customers through the policy purchase and renewal process, and resolving queries promptly.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, tracking leads and conversions, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager is expected to meet defined performance targets while upholding regulatory and compliance guidelines.
