We’re looking for a sharp, curious, commercially minded qualified to lead New Product Development, Innovation & Product Management across our growing portfolio of fragrances and personal care.

Someone who can connect the dots between consumer insights, product formulation, packaging, performance, pricing, and commercial success.

What you’ll own:
• New Product Development: Take products from concept to launch, from fragrances and fine fragrances to bath & body and personal care.
• Innovation: Identify emerging ingredients, technologies, formats, consumer needs, and market opportunities to build differentiated products.
• Product Management: Own the product lifecycle, roadmap, positioning, pricing, product briefs, and portfolio strategy.
• Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with R&D;, fragrance houses, manufacturers, packaging vendors, marketing, sales, and supply chain.
• Consumer & Market Intelligence: Track trends, competitors, consumer feedback, and whitespace opportunities to turn insights into winning products.
• Packaging & Experience: Drive packaging innovation,



product aesthetics, functionality, and overall consumer experience.
• Commercial Ownership: Balance product quality, performance, cost, margins, scalability, and speed to market.
• Launch Excellence: Ensure products move seamlessly from concept and sampling to testing, production, and market launch.

Who we’re looking for:
• Experience in NPD, product innovation, or product management in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or a related category.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, formulations, ingredients, packaging, and vendor management.
• A commercially driven mindset with an eye for consumer trends and differentiated product ideas.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Someone who can think creatively but execute with discipline.
• An ownership mindset. You don’t just suggest ideas; you make things happen.
