Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced *Program Manager* with 20+ years of overall professional experience and a solid background in enterprise program delivery, global project management, stakeholder engagement, and technology transformation. The ideal candidate will lead complex, multi-workstream programs, oversee project managers and delivery teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Experience in HR technology, HCM, global payroll, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale technology implementation programs will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and transition to operations.




- Develop integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, steering committee reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
- Manage multiple project managers, cross-functional teams, and geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Monitor program financials, resource utilization, delivery performance, and overall program health.
- Identify risks, resolve cross-project dependencies, manage scope changes, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure delivery quality, contractual compliance, process adherence, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Drive organizational change management, continuous improvement, operational readiness, and successful handover to support teams.
