Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time role responsible for developing engaging digital content that promotes Scrappy Innovations’ sustainability mission and services. This is a hybrid position based in Malappuram,



where the team member will work partly on-site and partly from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms, planning content calendars, and producing text, image, and short-form video content tailored to different audiences. The role involves monitoring trends and audience engagement, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to highlight campaigns, initiatives, and product offerings. The Social Media Content Creator will also help track basic performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
