SAP E-INVOICING / DOCUMENT & REPORTING COMPLIANCE (DRC) ABAP Technical

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with hands-on knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), electronic invoicing, statutory reporting, and SAP integration technologies.
The successful candidate will design, develop, enhance, and support technical solutions for country-specific e-invoicing and digital tax reporting requirements. The role involves working closely with SAP functional consultants, tax teams, integration teams, business stakeholders, and external government or clearance platforms.
The candidate should have robust expertise in ABAP development, SAP document flows, output management, XML/JSON formats, APIs, and error handling related to electronic documents.
Key Responsibilities
SAP DRC and E-Invoicing Development
• Develop and support SAP e-invoicing and statutory reporting solutions using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• Configure and enhance technical objects supporting:
• Electronic invoices




• Credit notes and debit notes
• Advance invoices
• Self-billing documents
• Transport or logistics documents
• Periodic tax and statutory reports
• Develop country-specific enhancements for e-invoicing and digital reporting requirements.
• Support integration with government tax portals, clearance platforms, and certified service providers.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to document generation, submission, validation, rejection, and response processing.
