Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to identify potential business clients, generate leads, pitch digital marketing services, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.
* Pitch digital marketing services, including social media marketing, SEO, graphic design, video editing, and paid advertising.
* Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and prepare proposals.
* Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
* Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
* Achieve the monthly revenue target of ₹12 lakh.




* Meet the 30% client onboarding target against the agreed eligible lead or prospect base.

Sales Targets & Performance KPIs

1. Monthly Revenue Target: ₹12,00,000.
2. Client Onboarding Target: 30% conversion rate from qualified prospects or leads.
3. Lead Generation: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
4. Client Conversion: Convert interested prospects into paying clients.
5. Reporting: Submit regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
