We’re Hiring: District Associate Manager
? Locations: Jaipur & Jodhpur, Rajasthan | Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals with hands-on experience in the local healthcare market and a strong understanding of business development across the respective territories. Candidates who are local residents of the respective locations will be preferred.
Who Can Apply?
• 4–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, or Pharma Sales.
• Proven experience handling business in Jaipur, Jodhpur, or Bhopal, along with nearby territories.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the local healthcare market and customer network.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop business.
• Reliable work history with a consistent career track record.
• Candidates residing in the respective locations will be preferred.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and distributors.
• Develop the assigned territory and expand the customer base.
• Promote products effectively and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting, accurate sales documentation, and regular CRM updates.
