Role Description The Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for coordinating the allocation and scheduling of internal and external resources across multiple projects and practices. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining resource calendars, tracking availability, supporting onboarding and training logistics,



and ensuring that project teams have the people and information they need to meet delivery timelines. The Resources Coordinator will also respond to resource-related inquiries, support customer-facing teams with accurate resource data, and collaborate with managers to optimize staffing levels. The role requires close coordination with operations, project management, and customer service teams to support efficient, high-quality service delivery.
