Role Description The ITI Trainee role at SHETRON LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support day-to-day operations on the shop floor, including assisting in machine operation, basic maintenance, and routine quality checks under guidance from senior technicians and supervisors. Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures,



adhering to safety and housekeeping standards, documenting work activities, and learning to use relevant tools and equipment. The trainee will participate in training sessions, observe experienced staff, and gradually take on more independent tasks as skills develop. Collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of work.
Qualifications

• Completed ITI in a relevant trade (such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist, or similar technical discipline).
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment, with willingness to learn detailed operational procedures.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures accurately.
