About the Role

We’re looking for a people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Associate to join our team and work closely with our HR and Talent Acquisition function.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, learning how businesses operate, finding great talent, and making sure things get done properly.You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you are curious, attentive, willing to learn, comfortable receiving feedback, and naturally take ownership of your work.
You’ll support a wide range of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities, including recruitment, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, HR trackers, and day-to-day people operations.This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation across Recruitment + HR Operations rather than being limited to one area.

What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other channels.




• Support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple open positions.
• Conduct targeted candidate research and identify relevant profiles.
• Reach out to candidates professionally and build positive candidate relationships.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and understand their experience, motivation, communication, availability, and expectations.
• Review resumes carefully and identify candidates who meet the core requirements of a role.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment data.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Follow up on interview feedback and help keep the hiring process moving.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and ensure they have a positive experience.
